Do Not Call Policy

1. Overview

RingaRoofer maintains an internal do-not-call list and honors opt-out requests in accordance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state do-not-call laws.

2. 1-to-1 Consent & the National DNC Registry

When you click a call button or submit a form on ringaroofer.com, you provide express written consent for RingaRoofer and the specific roofing company or companies we connect you with to contact you about that request — even if your number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or a state registry. This consent is specific to your request ("1-to-1" consent) and is not a blanket authorization for unrelated marketing.

3. How to Opt Out

You may revoke your consent and ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list at any time by:

• Emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Call Request"
• Telling a representative directly during any call
• Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us, if applicable

4. Processing Time

We process do-not-call requests as promptly as possible and, consistent with the Telemarketing Sales Rule, no later than 30 days from the date of your request. Requests already in progress with a roofing company you were connected with should be directed to that company separately, since they maintain their own records once a referral is made.

5. Scope

Adding your number to our internal do-not-call list stops future outbound contact from RingaRoofer. It does not automatically apply to any roofing company you were previously connected with — you should contact them directly to opt out of their communications.

6. Retention

We retain do-not-call requests for at least the period required by applicable law (generally a minimum of five years) to help ensure the request continues to be honored.
